My bank informed me by email that there are impostors online impersonating the bank with their logo, website etc presenting themselves as bank clerk saying that bank account is locked down due to the current crisis in the world and they need to maintain it asking for bank details (phishing attempt).
I got a similar email today from my bank which operates exclusively online, so it's not only "people with no experience in online banking or electronic world" that they're targeting (this would be rather silly considering how tiny a group this is). It's just old tricks spiced up with the covid-19 reference.
Btw. bottom feeding agencies are doing the same, I already had one trying to justify a miserable price with the virus. Some people have no shame.
