I'd be seriously asking myself what exactly I'm doing so badly that I've never managed to close a %?¿!?*!! deal on ProZ.com.

You seem rather shocked because "a few days ago I received an email asking me for my valuable dollars,..." (sic)

Ermm.....I get these all the time.
