Bonjour,

Est-il possible de récupérer des frais d'annulation lorsque que la conférence est annulée par les organisateurs une semaine avant le début de celle-ci, tout en sachant que le devis signé par le client n'inclut aucune clause d'annulation? Si oui, connaissez-vous la marche à suivre?
