DVX3 Batch QA bottom greyed-out

Hi,
I have just completed a translation project with DVX3 and I want to use the Batch QA setting but the icon is greyed out. I know I am probably being stupid but does anyone know why the Batch QA might be greyed out? And what I need to do to be able to use the feature?

Which version of DVX are you using? Apr 24, 2017

Batch QA isn't available in the Free version of DVX.

See e.g.:

"Batch QA:
DVX3 FREE: NO
DVX3 Professional: YES
DVX3 Workgroup: YES"

It's DVX3 Professional, I know it's possible because one of my friends managed to use the Batch QA icon but I can't work out what I've done or not done that could mean i can't use it.
Do you have any ideas?
