- Please note that I and my wife are translators and work from same home office, we both are sworn translators in Turkey and my wife in the Netherlands as well.

- Any document that you provide is confidential.

- Unless you ask us to delete all the files you provided for an actual project we don’t do so.

- We do our best to protect our server and systems safe. But for the incidents/conditions that are beyond the circumstances we take no liability.

- In any condition, we do not give your work /share information about you, your work, etc with any third parties, except it is part of the process like it needs go to printer, designer, recording studio, consulate, notary etc or asked by law enforcement authorities.

- Please note that I do not translate certain topics, therefore, I may stop translating even if I accepted a project initially and later found out that this project has such a nature. Adult content, pornography, gambling, dating sites etc are just a few of them.

- I do not have source word target word counting difference. I count only the English or Dutch text. No exceptions.

- I do not do test translations.

- If I can not use cat tools in translation or you provide non text digital files or hard copies you may be charged additional fees.

- Generally, I don’t give a discounted rate for fuzzy matches, except 100% matches and repetitions. In certain cases repetitions and 100% matches may be charged as editing.

- Fee for translating is 3x and editing is x per word.

- If you want a quote we will get back to you within 24 hours. Just provide us with the details of the translation project: word count, nature, target audience, file format etc and clearly define what needs to be done.

- All the payments are done via wire transfers. In some cases you can pay via paypal. Please put that in your purchase order if you want to pay via paypal.

- Without a Purchase Order with all the job and business details, I can not accept an assignment.
