I have been working as an interpreter and translator for nearly 20 years in London.
I obtained the DPSI French/English Law in 2001 and I became a Full member on the NRPSI in 2005.
I have passed successfully the Met police Test (November 2012) with French.
I obtained a BA in Modern Languages in France with English and Russian, as well as the translation modules for the MA in English and Russian.
I am a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists.
I have experience with French in Immigration, Asylum, Courts, Police, Prison visits, Probation, Public Service and Human Rights using consecutive and simultaneous techniques.
I have experience in Conference and simultaneous interpreting in the Business field, European Conferences and Medical Conferences, European projects, Human Rights and International Law, Art and Sports.
I am based in London but travel extensively outside the UK for work projects.
My experience with Russian is for Public Service and Immigration.
Concerning translation, I translate from English into French and from French into English for Public Service, business and psychological field, Police witness statements, European Arrest Warrants, Social Services reports.
I have experience in Telephone Interpreting as well with French and Russian. |
