Source text - English AUTOMATIC BALANCING BALL VALVE
Abstract: An automatic balancing valve is described provided with a valve body having at least one inlet channel and an outlet channel for a heat transfer fluid, wherein the flow regulation is carried out by a ball shutter having an axial through channel with axis perpendicular to the rotation axis of the ball. The ball valve has at least one radial channel aligned with the rotation axis of the ball and is connected to the axial through channel. The radial channel has an outlet port having a circular cross-section which hydraulically connects the axial through channel of the ball with the outlet channel of the valve.

Resumo: É descrita uma válvula de esfera de equilibragem automática provida com um corpo de válvula tendo pelo menos um canal de entrada e um canal de saída para um fluido de transferência de calor, em que a regulação de fluxo é efetuada por um obturador de esfera tendo um canal de passagem axial com eixo perpendicular ao eixo de rotação da esfera. A válvula de esfera tem pelo menos um canal radial alinhado com o eixo de rotação da esfera e está ligada ao canal de passagem axial. O canal radial tem uma abertura de saída com uma secção transversal circular que liga hidraulicamente o canal de passagem axial da esfera ao canal de saída da válvula.
