Development of perspective plans for expanding different kinds of the production, analysis of the metals market, marketing and technical information translation from Internet, the correspondence with foreign partners as well as analytical reports of the market forecast. “Tin - New Opportunities in a Global Market” book, published by Financial Times Energy, 1998, was translated (about 120 pages). Many articles from the Journals: “Tin International” and “Metal Bulletin” have been also translated. The results: in 2001, the first half of 2002 the production of a new kind of the products and the profit increase on 12%.
01/97 – 01/2000 – Project Manager of the local Power Unit with ABB Company, Novosibirsk Tin Smelting Co. Realization of the Power Unit project on site. Subcontractors: Kawasaki (Japan), ABB Czech, ABB Stal (Sweden). The Power Unit was Installed and commissioned at the end of 1999. Result: the electric energy cost for metallurgy processes decreased by 16%.
