My trajectory as a translator begins when I joined the University and started offering translation services as a freelancer, experience who brought me to a research lab in the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte that conducts research in Brazilian Colonial History(LEHS-UFRN), which I became part as a dedicated translator.

The experience in the lab was very valuable and there I had the opportunity to work with multiple forms of translation, including: subtitling, translation of academic papers, interpretation for foreign professors and even translation of documents from the British Association of Merchants in Colonial Rio de Janeiro.

The demand for my translation services became such that I had to leave the Lab and dedicate myself exclusively to it, later specializing in Multimedia Translation. Since then I dedicated myself entirely to Multimedia Translation and I've been part of several translation projects, many of which are still related to Education and Academia. I've subtitled multiple Education events, classes, lectures and all kinds of multimedia content used in the academic context.

Despite my specialization in translating academic material, I'm familiarized with Netflix' Subtitles Guidelines and I'm available to take any Multimedia Translation project of any segment.
