After graduation from Si Chuan Normal University (1993-1997), I worked as English teacher (1997- 1999) at Chengdu Aircraft Company, there I taught students in a creative way which was loved and esteemed by the students.
As logistics coordinator (1999-2000) for HongKong Xin Dong LTD, I worked with international shipping and logistics groups, where I was mainly responsible for arranging ocean freight, booking ocean freight and combined road-ocean shipments as well as doing export declaration, customs clearance etc. Besides, I took in charge of coordinating with national or international customers, suppliers and third party logistics providers to make sure shipping notices are addressed in time and goods are delivered on time. Later on when I worked as purchasing manager (2000-2001) for HongKong Xin Dong LTD, my major duties and responsibilities were to negotiate with new and existing vendors to define the most appropriate payment terms, cost, delivery schedules, service agreements, warranties, etc . ; to coordinate purchasing activities with operations/manufacturing to maintain inventory levels, both short and long term; to identify reliable sources of supply, issue requests for bids and proposals from vendors, and negotiate best terms; to track all purchasing orders and resolve problems related to delivery, quality and service; to conduct frequent purchase price cost analyses to ensure competitive cost of goods and to manage supply chain to maintain lowest cost of ownership.
In October 2001, I moved to Sweden. My working experience as Executive manager (2003-2007) at CNC solutions AB Sweden helped me to be not only just a technology services provider but also a good international manager. Since Jan Ek and I started company 2003, we offered complete solutions from consultation and concept, to design, development, implementation and on-going service and support. My responsibilities and duties included purchasing, developing new clients, defining and negotiating customer contracts, service level agreements, managing resources by coordinating resources among our business networks, including our business partners, sub contractors(such as High Peak, Cncsolution services AB, Improve AB), customers (such as Seco Tools, Sandvik, Boeing(USA), Modig, Water Jet ) to establish an integrated service offering.
In order to get better understanding of business management, in 2007 I started to study master program (2007-2009) International Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Jönköping University. At the same time I worked for Schenker logistics AB as logistics coordinator (2007-2008) I took the responsibilities of tracking and reporting the goods delivery status on the order fulfillment process through ERP (Movex and SAP) system. I was the purchaser for Nexans and Elextroskandia. I took in charge of ordering, delivering and contacting with suppliers and customers. The tasks included resolving any problems related to delivery, quality and service.
