4. Establishment of the Laboratory. The parties agree
that terms and conditions governing the establishment of the
Laboratory not covered in this Agreement shall be governed
by the Co-operation Agreement between the Center and Sun
China.
5. Term. This Agreement will commence on the effective
date described in Section 26, and will end on the
anniversary date of the Agreement in 2010.
