agree  Marcelo González: I think it's fine as is. If 'postal' is omitted, it's still different enough from the current name to avoid confusion, i.e. Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil. That said, it couldn't hurt to add it, as AllegroTrans suggests. Cheers from the CNMI, USA
