Sorry just posted this incorrectly so reposting with the correct letters.

This is on a notary stamp from Santiago, Chile. The only other information on the stamp is the name of the notary and Santiago. I wonder if it could be Código Federal de la Federación but there is no number. It also appears typed at the top of the page, again with no number after it.

I guess that should be 'FueNtes' - there are numerous spelling mistakes in the contact list, and several other 'Fuentes' spelled correctly.

Answer to the subsidiary question: "Do you know if it would it be likely to appear on a notary's stamp?" - Yes, CFF is one of several "Jefes de Registro" in the same office, so the initials will serve to identify which one of them handled any particular document.
