disagree  i2krnboi: 비 here means "budget." 사내 means "within a company." So the correct translation for 사내비 should be "budget within a company," which should be maintained/used only for business purposes. 사외 means "outside of a company," so 사외비 is the opposite of

  -> I have never heard that kind of budget classification when I worked in Korean companies. I hope you guess is correct so that I can add new vocabulary.
