я бы оставил монтажно-тонировочный период, это профессиональный термин. Если общий контекст перевода не профессиональный, то можно было бы сказать послесъемочный период, но здесь надо пояснить, что он означает проведение целого ряда работ(монтаж звука, монтаж картинки, добавление аудио и видео эффектов, подготовка мастера...итп)
