민족, 종족성, 인종 Explanation: nation: 민족, nation state: 민족국가 or 국민국가 "Nation" doesn't have to be a country(국가). For examples, "Scots" and "Scotland" in the UK are a nation but is not a country. Korean are a nation but there are two countries in the Korean peninsular. ethnicity: 종족성, ethnic: 종족, 민족(not in the academic circle) race: 인종 Those are the standard translations in Socio-Cultural Anthropology.
