One Curve shows the temperature rise at the max. allowable steam velocity during warming-up.
Second Curve shows the temperature rise at the min. allowable steam velocity during warming-up.
In practice the temperature rise will start and end somewhere between the two curves.
The slope of this practice curve may nowhere intersect the two curves. Only in that case the velocity in the charging tubes will nowhere be greater than the maximum value or smaller than the minimum value during warming-up.
