I am translating a letter from a legal consultations office to a client regarding the incorporation of a new company. The letter contains many conditions, however, I will copy the last 3 just to give you an idea.
- كما أن المكتب سوق يقوم بالإشراف على جميع الإتفاقيات المبرمة بين شركتكم وشركة فلا فلان
- نود أن نشير إلى أن هذه الإجراءات تأخذ وقتاً طويلاً قد يمتد إلى ثلاثة أو أربعة أشهر
- جميع المصاريف خارج نطاق أتعاب المكتب.
My question is: what do you understand from the last point?
Is it: All costs are not included within the office's fees?
Any help would be much appreciated.

If my understanding is correct, then the condition means that the client company must pay
1) the legal consultations office's fees
PLUS 2) the new company's incorporation costs.
