Context: (Austrian text)
"Sobald in den Vorsystemen ein Projekt “bebucht” wird und Daten anfallen, werden die Informationen in allen Instrumenten unmittelbar verfügbar."

I thought at first that this was a typo for "gebucht" but possibly not as it is in inverted commas. Enlightening suggestions would be very much appreciated!

Explanation:
'Entered' is clearly what is needed here as the context is one of a system into which data can subsequently also be 'entered'.
The inverted commas are used because the writer knows he/she is inventing a term, which will, however, be understood by any native speaker. I have the strong feeling the writer was tempted to use English,i.e.'ge-entered', couldn't quite remember the German 'eingegeben' (=English: entered) and landed midfield with a word creation obviously linked to 'buchen'.
The 'be-' prefix is active in that a native speaker will assign it to a verb of his/her liking which is not otherwise available for a particular context.
I feel I can make this assertion as I also do this on occasion, having spent 30 years of my life in Germany.

agree  Ferguson (X): The "bebuchen" is a bit misleading in this context. Here is meant the input of data into the pre-system and this is certainly not accounted. I would prefer "enter".
