DELIVERIES
PO ORDER - held by French customs in Marseille from 19th SEPT with delay with French Ministry (they lost the paperwork) it has taken 3 weeks, normally takes only 2-4 days. (See attached) and in fact only released on day 14/10/04 and we still manage to make the delivery!
XXX cause a further delay, as they do not confirm Payment of TVA for Customs requested 2 weeks ago by our French Transport Partner. Please note this Payment must be made out to French Customs before they will allow goods to be released for delivery in France, I think you misunderstood in your mail that this was the only payment I was requesting to be made. (As of the morning of the 18th October this payment still has not been made).

s'agit-il simplement du bon de commande ?

Vu le texte reproduit et la phrase qui suit, il ne peut absolument pas s'agir d'un Purchase Order.
Le document concerne le paiement de la TVA et une autorisation d'importation ? Ceci n'a rien à voir avec un Bon de Commande.
La phrase commençant par PO n'est pas significative en ce qui concerne un Bon de Commande. Si ce document manquait, la phrase aurait commencé par Non presentation ou absence of PO within documents.... mais il est demandé une autoristion d'importation ?

Visa card number, expiration card, and account name. The account name should be the company name, or the name of one of the people above. You can also do this with a *****PO order****** or check, but that adds weeks to the purchase process.
