because we can\'t put both \"steroids\" and \"uppers\" as منشطات
perhaps you could say:

ArabInk, we need a word for \'uppers\' and this cannot be just \'amphetamines\', nor can it be same word as \'steroids\'.. how would you translate both words? (uppers, steroids: منشطات،منشطات)??!!
