Explanation:
Aunque "first aid" quiere decir "primeros auxilios", en este caso, yo no creo que se utilice la expresión "sala de primeros auxilios", tratándose de una facultad. No lo he oído nunca y no lo veo dándome un paseo por internet.

Yo diría "la enfermería", que es como se suele llamar a un servicio así en español (al menos en España).
