Es común tener que traducir textos al inglés que a su vez sean traducciones del inglés, o que ciertas expresiones sean copiadas directamente del inglés! En castellano no encontré ninguna equivalencia, pero en inglés EjD (normalmente con la j en minúscula) se refiere a 'ejaculatory dysfunction'. Espero que te sea de ayuda!
