Partners or some of them may provide in-kind shares provided that the cash part in the capital should not be less than 25%, the evaluation of in-kind shares in capital is conducted by expert appraiser. يتم تقييم الحصص العينية الداخلة في رأس المال عن طريق لجنة تُشكل لهذا الغرض بالهيئة العامة للاستثمار شريطة ألا تتجاوز نسبتها إلى 75% من إجمالي رأس المال.
