@Phil ... yes, it could be a mistake. But I think a reading where mis en oeuvre applies to conduite seems perfectly OK.
I'm not sure I can really see the problem ... doesn't it just mean "operation of the facilities specifically implemented by ..."? (So "operation is implemented", with no building of facilities). I can't really see that you've applied the final part involving mise en oeuvre anywhere in your proposed translation.
PS it's "hereinafter". The Hereafter is something slightly different. (Seriously, you can use "hereafter" in ordinary speech, but it means "in the future", not "in the remainder of this document"). |
