Thanks. And it's true that a DE long dash often corresponds to an EN colon.

Thanks. It's a title, so I personally would avoid a fully-fledged grammatically formed sentence.

The course is clear: Oriented to success
goal-oriented/goal-directed/also goal-driven
I think it’s metaphorical elliptical: ‘The course is clear: Oriented to success’
Der Kurs ist klar: Erfolgsorientiert - 3 The course is clear: Oriented to success - https://www.linguee.com/german-english/translation/der kurs ...
goal-oriented
adjective
UK US
(also goal-directed); (also goal-driven)
a goal-oriented person or team works hard to achieve good results in the tasks that they have been given:
The management team was made up of ambitious, goal-oriented types who'd worked hard for their positions.
a goal-oriented plan or activity is based on a number of things that must be achieved: - https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/goal-ori...
Goal-oriented means setting goals and planning tasks, then taking action to complete the tasks that lead to the larger, overall accomplishment while staying focused on the desired results. - https://www.resume.com/career-advice/career-development/goal...

Plain Sailing
If something is plain sailing it is unobstructed or it is running smoothly/successfully. I think if you want to keep the boat imagery this has potential. I'm not 100% sure on exactly how to formulate it.
I feel like you would need to add another idea into the title: Probiotics: a plain sailing *insert descriptive noun here*... or maybe mix it up with 'Sail plainly with probiotics'...
This is actually my first Kudoz answer, sorry its not a solid answer but could maybe lead you somewhere.

Why not stay in the picture and maintain the metaphor ('Kurs/heading')?
Shorter and something using 'direction'...?
'Heading set, direction clear...' if you prefer.

Discussion
(even worse ideas came to mind such as "Bioloicals: If you can't beat the winds, sail the winds"), but I think I should stop now. :=)
I am still leaning towards your officially proposed answer. It is a safer bet and still sums it up nicely.

But maybe sth using "winds" would work. The winds are right or...
Rustic Greetings
and here is an image of a sailing boat next to this title on page 1.
Does this change any of your suggestions?
P.S. Definitely agree with the colon instead of the em dash.
Just about acceptable to an EN-GB ear.
Meaning (as I read it) sth along the lines of "No doubt about it, we should go for biologicals...
I just need a nifty one...
I hope I am reading it correctly in DE ( natives welcome to comment)
Does this help?
"British English preferred", so no references to "oriented", thanks.
I would enter this as an answer, but I'm not sure that it ties in with -- Pro. What's missing here? And Klar has an initial cap - is this a brand name?
