neutral  Bridget Jean: "paiement périodique d'aliments" me semble être très littéral, il serait peut-être plus simple de dire "pension alimentaire"…

  -> Très bien et (presque) magnifique! Mais il faut se souvenir du contraire des 'periodical payments' en English family law, c-à-d *lump-sum payment* = un versement forfaitaire en vertu de la UK Matrimonial Causes Act 1973.
