myocardial infarction
Hello,
I have this line of text in a patient hospitalization report:
"STEMI antérieur H+2 Killip I inaugural"
I understand:
STEMI antérieur = Anterior ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction
Killip I inaugural = severity of the inaugural myocardial infarction per Killip Kimball classification
> What is "H+2"?
(Or is it "STEMI antérieur H" and "2 Killip I inaugural"?)
Thank you for any help!
