'vibe' in questo contesto mi ha incuriosita e ho fatto un po' di ricerche.

In genere mi è sempre capitato di vedere che vibe viene usato per spiegare cos'è il sentiment (in inglese).

Il dizionario treccani:
sentiment s. m. inv. Stato d'animo, convinzione, valutazione che si forma sulla base di sensazioni, emozioni, impressioni.

Ecco, ho sempre inteso il 'vibe' in modo generico, proprio come una vibrazione, una sensazione positiva o negativa che poi genera il sentiment. In italiano non mi sembra ci sia un termine univoco corrispondente.

In questa pagina lo vedo però proprio citato come 'vibe':

Detto ciò, qui Vibe è scritto con la maiuscola quindi sembrerebbe un termine proprio di questa applicazione/software (?) quindi è un buon motivo per lasciarlo in inglese. Inoltre poco prima c'è 'sentiment', lo hai tradotto?
