UZ-OST

English translation: Unternehmenszentrale Ost = head office East

German to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / Reference
German term or phrase: UZ-OST
Context: a work reference (DIENSTZEUGNIS) from the Austrian Post Office.

The heading says:

PERSONALADMINISTRATION UND -VERRECHNUNG UZ/OST [emblem] Post

So far I have:

"PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION AND PAYROLL UZ-OST"

Does anyone know what UZ/OST stands for?

I am assuming UZ (whatever that is) AUSTRIA, but I suppose it could also be EAST (there is no umlaut, but it is in upper case).

Any help appreciated!

Thanks .
