scenic spot 是指“风景点”，加上“featured\"仍然是“风景点”。但是“景观小品”，可以是居民区里专门开辟出来供大家散心的一个带有自然景物的角落，也可以是街心公园中的一角，featured scenic spot 没有这样的联想。

Jindian Park, Yunnan Ethnic Villages, etc (in Yunnan). They might be a little \"oversized\" for 小品...
Actually, on a closer look, my artistic / creative landscape does not really fit in the context of 环境设施. How about \"featured landscapes\"??? It is a common term. Google it and you\'ll get some information.
