I am having abit of trouble finding the Spanish equivalent to the term above on a marketing piece geared toward "educating" insureds. I am translating as generally as possible, due to the fact that insurance terminolgy varies per country and I am catering to the Hispanic audience in the U.S.A. The piece talks about providing insurance to property managers for all kinds of risks that they may have.

Here is the entire sentence for context:
