Отглагольное существительное смущать не должно. Немцы, использовав в аналогичной статье "share", прямо отмечают, что терминология в данной области еще не сложилась, называя в качестве "родоначальника жанра" гарвардского профессора - своего соотечественника, который еще в 1984 г. ввел в обиход это понятие.))
