French term

donnent entière décharge

French to English Bus/Financial Law (general) release
Please see below thanks I don't think it's release or discharge in this context re a loan facility agreement, related to a previous question, re a release from a facility agreement. Not sure we can talk about granting full release or discharge here to the greffier, many thanks

Context

Full discharge

Here, the terms of the contract having been fulfilled, the Greffier has the full agreement of both parties to record the satisfaction of the loan.

Definition:To liberate or free; to terminate or extinguish. A discharge is the act or instrument by which a contract or agreement is ended. A mortgage is discharged if it has been carried out to the full extent originally contemplated or terminated prior to total execution.

Not my field so I won't attempt the legal wording.
