Fwd: Recovery plan Light xy wet& dry platforms - and floorcare week 9
Dear all,

As promised here is an update on the recovery plans based on the open backorder on the 24th February. In below table you can see:
- Total backorder amount per platform on the 24th February
- Recovery date of the open order 24th February
- Full recovery of the platform including reestablishing safety stocks.

Supply Chain, the factories and procurement are working hard on improving the situation, therefore we would like to share with you in a weekly basis the recovery plan we are implementing so you will be able to see an improvement from today and ahead. Please notice that:

1. The recovery dates are based on current orders and forecast, so it is even more important than ever that spikes are escalated to the correspondent SOM.

Please share this information with the relevant stakeholders in your organization including customer service.
