The Incident Manager will be responsible for communications and identification of support resources to address the
incident.
If the PROD environment is adversely affected by a recent project or enhancement release during the “cool‐down” period, the project manager assigned to that recent change will be required to participate in incident management and provide support to the Incident Manager
as needed.
