To carry on the business as general importers, exporters, buyers sellers and distributors of all kinds of agricultural products, such as coffee, tea, cashewnuts, peanuts, beans, cereals, cowpeas, ***yellow gram***, green monks, sesame and to be general suppliers in local and export markets, to be general babers and confectioners and generally to be traders and manufacturers of the above locally and internationally

Wikipedia: "Yellow split peas may sometimes be confused with the Indian toor dal (split pigeon peas) or chana dal (split yellow gram, desi chickpeas)..." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Split_pea

Discussion
Indian food traders define the term as follows.
Yellow gram:
Yellow split peas
Yellow lentils
Chickpeas
Baby chickpeas
Garbonza beans
Yellow mung beans
Yellow pulses (The easy way out - all of them are pulses)
White gram is a chickpea, but black gram is a lentil
