Die Mängelrechte des Kunden setzen voraus, dass dieser seinen nach § 377 HGB geschuldeten Untersuchungs- und Rügeobliegenheiten ordnungsgemäß nachgekommen ist.

Non so come riportare "Rügenobligenheit". Capisco il concetto ma non mi viene in mente una traduzione appropriata.
Si tratta di un contratto di vendita tedesco.
