disagree  Doaa Alnajjar: kuruc are not kuruzzen, kuruc were fighting against the Habsburgs while Kuruzzen were fighting the Turks. Please read your source.// no it is not, they are 2 different groups of partisans fighting 2 different categories. Please re-read your source.

kuruzzen

Explanation:
If the timing of the events is the 17th century, then the term refers to the Kuruzzen rebellion of the national partisans in Hungry during border wars between Turks and Hungarian over the Batschka region.

If the timing of the events is after World War I, then the term may refer to the forces of Lord Curzon who fought against Turks in WWI and defeated them. However, he signed the Treaty of Lausanne with Turks to acknowledge their independence on 1923.

I am after the first suggestion since it has the right spelling of the term and it involves the Hungarian too.

It is up to the asker to decide depending on the timing of events.
