Step 4: Blush • Apply blush to the apple of the cheeks. Your customer can use either a powder or a cream blush, whichever is easiest for her. If using a cream blush, apply it before the face powder. If using a powder blush, apply it after face powder. Remember to layer the blush lightly and blend well.
