Reference: paar refs Reference information: Hoewel de suggestie van Patricia waarschijnlijk juist is, wordt hij niet ondersteund door haar referentie: die bevat vrijwel uitsluitend verwijzingen naar 'buitengewone kosten'/'buitengewone uitgaven'/'buitengewone omstandigheden', etc. In dit (vertaalde) document van de ICJ (toch niet de eerste de beste) wordt 'Tribunal hors classe de Dakar' niet vertaald: http://www.icj-cij.org/docket/files/144/16931.pdf Volgens Larousse heeft 'hors classe' te maken met het aantal kamers, maar wellicht geldt dat uitsluitend voor Franse rechtbanken: http://www.larousse.fr/encyclopedie/nom-commun-nom/tribunal/... "un tribunal est dit « hors classe » lorsqu'il comporte au moins trois chambres". In Engelse vertalingen wordt 'hors classe' dikwijls weggelaten, schijnt het. In elk geval zou ik het advies van de collega's volgen 'to keep the French too'. |
