I know this can be translated in some contexts as frequency, and here what it means is during the set periods or times speficied for it (by agreement, law etc) which could be for example every hour, or every 2 days etc, an updated file will be available with the changes in this register (Registro Gen...) etc, pls see below, just looking to make it fit here wordsñ-wise thanks
