Marriage certificate number: 渝民结字 01020304 Explanation: I would use "marriage certificate number" as opposed to "marriage card number", and consider leaving the characters after the colon in Chinese as they appear to be part of the number, although strictly speaking it's not a number if it contains Chinese characters too. |

I'd give the same advice that I provided you with before - there should be no Chinese characters in an English translation. Even if it is 'just' a code, it should be an English one. |
