English term or phrase: minister
But before we can take up either question I need to justify the assumption that every member is to minister to the body of Christ. Why do I think that?.

Another context example:
he talks about how the church is gifted by Christ with certain ministering people who equip the saints to minister to the body.

ministrar a
Explanation:
"ministrar" is probably mainly a LAm usage.

administrar

Explanation:

Example sentence(s):

ministrar, capacitar,discipular, ensenar, entrenar, edificar

Explanation:
All of these verbs are related with ministering God's word to the Body of Christ. It also includes the different kinds of gifts given by Jesus so that this task can be done but all these through the Holy Spirit.

Hope it helps as well.

Reference information:

La expresión "minister to the body" y más adelante "equip the saints to minister to the body" se refiere a Efesios 4:11-12, al parecer en la "English Standard Version":

"11 And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, 12 to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ" (English Standard Version).

Clarke: "For the perfecting of the saints - For the complete instruction, purification, and union of all who have believed in Christ Jesus, both Jews and Gentiles."
Gill: "For the perfecting of the saints, The chosen ones, whom God has sanctified or set apart for himself in eternal election"

(Reina-Valera 1995).

Vicent: "For the work of the ministry (εἰς ἔργον διακονίας) [...]
The prevailing sense of διακονία ministry, in the New Testament, is spiritual service of an official character. See Acts 1:25; Acts 6:4; Acts 20:24; Romans 11:13; 1 Timothy 1:12; 2 Timothy 4:5."
