Notes:
1. Both negligence and ignorance as part of malpractice rule out злоупотребление; its English equivalent (abuse) is not even mentioned in the explanation above
2. Similarly, "intentional wrongdoing" or "continuing conduct" can hardly be subsumed under "врачебные ошибки" as conceived in Russian; i.e., a different Russian expression may be required even though the explanation mentions "error or omission"
