Asker: Hát ez itt a kérdés, hogy ezt magyarban hogyan lehetne visszaadni. Még egy mondat, amiben ue szerepel: Employers must withhold social security, or FICA (Federal Insurance Contributions Act), taxes from an employee's cash wages and match the employee tax with an equal amount. ez inkább erre a megoldásra utal, de nem tudom, hogy lehetne megfogalmazni magyarul. nálunk van ehhez hasonló?

Azaz (a munkavállalótól) levont adó kétszeresét utalja:
„Medicare tax is a 1.45% tax on all earned income. It’s mandatory and all employers withhold it from all employee wages. They also match the employee tax with an equal amount themselves. The tax funds the Medicare system which provides single-payer healthcare coverage for the elderly and some disabled folks.
If no FICA taxes were withheld from your pay it would be because you were self-employed. You would then be responsible for both halves of the tax or 2.9% for Medicare. Due to how it’s calculated the combined rate is actually around 2.6% though.”
