Little more than a guess, but it looks as though one would normally order one of two different components, as Bernd says: either the component that is "antriebsseitig" or the component that is "maschinenseitig". In this case, however, because the system is being changed, if the customer orders one part, he automatically receives both - one of each (once) - in order to switch over to the new system.
