Ich habe schon so viele verschiedene Übersetzungen dafür gesehen, dass ich mir etwas unsicher bin.
Deshalb würde ich gerne wissen, wie ihr das in der Regel übersetzt / welche Übersetzung ihr am besten dafür findet.

Mein Favorit ist:
Beteiligung- und darauf bezogene Wertpapiere

Freue mich auf eure Kommentare, da ich mich endlich mal auf eine Übersetzung festlegen will ;o)

Explanation:
Für den zweiten Begriff würde ich eine Übersetzung mit "sonstige Beteiligungstitel" oder "aktienähnliche Wertpapiere" vermeiden, da sich equity-linked auch auf Schuldtitel beziehen kann (z.B. equity-linked notes, convertibles...)
