Entiendo que esta broma hace referencia a tragarse un sapo, pero no se si esto podria utilizarse en argentina o si hay algo mejor pero que mantenga el mismo tono gracias. Para un dialogo de un script de evita gracias

Los italianos dicen que parece que hubieran "inghiottito un rospo" cuando se debe soportar algo muy desagradable (ver referencia 1).
Nosotros en Argentina, como expresión similar, decimos "como si se hubiera tragado una mosca" (referencia 2). Tragarse un sapo, con esta implicación, nunca lo he escuchado.
Quizá hay otras también, pero ahora me viene en mente solamente esta. ¡Saludos!
