SE trata de un expediente de ARgentina. En una de sus partes habla del daño moral y dice lo siguiente:
El derecho de la fuente judicial señala que .."hasta la mera invocacion del menoscabo.....". Cómo puedo traducir la frase "el derecho de la fuente judicial"?
